The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Privacy Policy
  • Paleo Gift Baskets uses a Facebook tracking pixel to collect or receive information from this website to provide measurement services and target ads. To opt-out, please follow the instructions listed on the Facebook website

    We also use cookies on our site to make it easier to search for our products on search engines, such as Google. 

    Registration on our website does not add you to any marketing mailing lists; it simply keeps your address information to make future orders easier and allow you to post product reviews.There is a separate sign-up form on our website and Facebook page to subscribe to our email newsletter.

    We like to share good news - if you send us great feedback, we will share it on our social media channels, but will only use your first name, and not your full name. If this is not ok, just let us know. 



  • Consumer Agreement
  • We try our best to include the exact products you see pictured and listed in each basket's description. Sometimes we need to make substitutions of items. In this case the replacement item will be comparable and of equal or greater value. 

    Your order will show up on your credit card statement as: Gunderson Gifts

    Chocolate substitutions:

    Chocolate can melt at temperatures over 70 degress fahrenheit. For gifts that contain only a small amount of chocolate, we will substitute the chocolate for other items that will not melt. The specific items may vary depending on the gift, but will always be of equal or greater value than the original item.

    Gifts that are primarily chocolate will not have substitutions made. Instead we will package them with a thermal wrap and an ice pack. Shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly. They will be shipped using a quick service and we may delay the shipment date in order to protect the chocolate from prolonged heat exposure during transport.

    Standard shipping rates:


    APO/FPO - We can ship to APO/FPO addresses and will use US Postal Priority Mail. Delivery times listed do not apply. To track your order, please go to the Online Military Mail Inquiry website.

    Our shipping carriers do not deliver on Sundays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. 

    Orders received before 12:00 noon Pacific Time will be shipped out the same business day (M-F), except for the following instances:

    • The item is backordered
    • A future "Desired delivery date" is requested
    • Incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information is received
    • Holiday Season (between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day, see below for more details)

    Holiday Shipping

    During the holiday season (between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day), we will ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders with standard shipping may take up to three (3) business days for processing and shipment. Orders with expedited shipping, received before 12:00 noon Pacific Time, will be shipped out the same day unless the item is backordered or the billing/shipping address is incorrect.

    Expedited Shipping:

    Expedited shipping costs are based on service level chosen and delivery location. To determine shipping charges you can: 

    1) Fill out the Shopping Cart to Step #2. All shipping options and pricing will be displayed.

    PLEASE NOTE: You will not be asked for credit card information until a shipping method is chosen and you know the total cost.  

    2)Contact us and request an estimate. Be sure to include which gift you are interested in, how quickly you need it delivered and the destination Zip Code. 

    Expedited shipping includes:

    • UPS Next Day / Next Day Saver
    • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • UPS 3 Day Select

    Note: UPS business days are Monday - Friday only. They do not transport or deliver shipments over the weekend. 

    Delivery Times

    Standard shipping: Please allow the following number of days for delivery-

    • West Coast 3-5 days; Mid-West 5-7 days; East coast 7 - 10 days; after shipment of your order

    Expedited shipping: Note: UPS business days are Monday - Friday only. They do not transport or deliver shipments over the weekend. 

    UPS does not count the day of shipment. So if your order ships out on Monday, a 2 Day Service counts as Tuesday (1) and Wednesday (2) - it would be delivered on Wednesday.

    Specific Delivery Dates

    If a specific delivery date is requested, we will do our best to fulfill the request, however specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

    Orders can be held up to 30 days for shipment. 

    We will choose the best shipment service/carrier to try to meet your delivery request; changes will be made at our discretion. 

    Delivery to Businesses 

    We use standard shipping carriers who will deliver to the company's designated delivery point. This is usually a front desk, reception desk, mail room or shipping department. Personalized delivery to an individual is not available. 

    When shipping to a business, the company name may be required. We may contact you for this information. 

     

    Delivery areas: 

    At this time, Paleo Gift Baskets (Gunderson Gifts) ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Sales Tax
  • Paleo Gift Baskets charges sales tax for non-food merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and delivered to addresses within the state of California. 



  • Return Policy
  • If your recipient is not happy with a gift, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

    • Returned items must be in original condition and unopened.
    • We will deduct the cost of shipping from the total. This includes gifts with shipping included.
    • We will deduct the cost of any items not returned or returned damaged or opened.

    We package all of our baskets to arrive to the recipient safely. If your basket does arrive damaged or with missing items, please contact us right away. We’re happy to send you replacement items as soon as possible. Please note that missing items may have been substituted (see Consumer Agreements above).

    An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy will apply.
